well let me just start out by saying that this group of girls that are now alumnae are AHHHHMAZING!!!! i want to be just like them when i become a senior. they are so inspiring and are just all around a great group of women.
last night was emotional for myself because each senior would get up in front of the chapter and say what they liked most about being in Phi Mu and some gave advice for things not to do. then we had a nice dinner where the senior's littles read a poem out loud that they wrote. let me tell ya, these poems/fact sheets were crazy! the poems were meant to let the rest of the girls know just exactly how "naughty" our sisters had been over there years at our college. some of them were super crazy, things you would not expect from the person the stories were about! lets just say they got a little sexual lol
knowing that this group of girls will not be here next year is sad but it just inspires me to strive to be like them and to take their advice so that i can get the most of my experience as a member of Phi Mu!!

soo....i have a problem with people, well specifically my boyfriend, adding people that they/he does not know. what is the point in being their friend if you do not know them and have never talked to them before? THERE ISN'T ONE!!! i don't think it would be that big a deal if the people my boyfriend adds were not girls, but they are; most of them are still in high school and he doesn't know them. he was home schooled and did not go to my high school so therefore he does not know these people he adds.
another reason i probably wouldn't have such a big problem with it is if a while back he hadn't created a facebook page named "thought they were hot so i added them". doesn't that seem a little fishy to you? just knowing that he created a page like that and i see random girls that he has recently became friends with makes me think, "does he think they are attractive or something, what's the deal?" i don't understand this at all.
yes i will admit that there are people who i am friends with that i added way before my boyfriend and i were dating that i need to delete. i plan on doing this over my summer break. to defend myself though, ever since we started dating i have not added some random guy that i had no idea who they were.
this subject is a very touchy one when it comes to our relationship because it makes me really mad and he doesn't understand why. he assumes that i am "snooping" on his page 24/7 but that is not the case, i do not go to his page to try and find something to be mad over. facebook sometimes does not show the most recent things so therefore it shows what happened so many hours ago and things pop up on there sometimes. but whatever, i don't really feel the need to justify my getting mad because he shouldn't be posting things/adding people on facebook if he doesn't want me to see, plain and simple.

Hello there,
i can't believe i actually have a blog now. i'm not sure exactly what i will be writing about, probably a little everything. this is the first time i have ever done anything like this but i think it will be good for me; it should get some things off my chest and hopefully make me a better writer.
today we started mayterm which is where we have one class a day for 2 hours. it sure didn't start off as a good day because we were woken up at 8:20 by our department of safety staff telling us (over the loud speakers) that we had to go to our designated spots due to the tornado warning. it was originally supposed to end at 9:09 then it got extended until 9:22 and then once again it was extended until 9:45. shew wee was i glad to get out of there. the air in the tunnels was so thick and just felt moldy; it was disgusting. i seriously became sick to my stomach with a throat ache after being down there. the thing that really sucked about this was the fact that i got woken up at 8:20 and didn't plan on getting up until 11. that blew.
my class wasn't really that bad. i am taking spanish conversation which is good in my opinion because i am a spanish major and absolutely love learning more spanish. the two hours went pretty fast to me, maybe not to some of the other people in there lol
in the meantime my boyfriend played a terrible joke on me. he told me that him and a friend had gone to a local strip club for "lunch". this was not one bit funny to me, he let the joke go on for too long. at first i did not believe him but he kept agging it on so i had no idea that he was kidding. but whatever, we are over it now.
there really isn't anything else that was very interesting about my day hahaha. but i will leave with a quote; i plan on doing this every time i end my blog posts which i'd like my viewers to seriously think about.
